Our process

We will meet with you on site to determine the scope of work, timeline, and discuss the highlights of the project.  During this time we will be gathering information, discussing basic pricing, and hearing from you about the vision for the project. 

After we have a good understanding of the renovation or new home, we will sign a Professional Services Agreement and begin the budgeting / pre-construction process. 

Once we have a budget set, we will begin the selections process and move towards a construction contract.

Construction begins, and you get to watch your dreams become reality!
